How information submitted through the PMDCS website is handled.
PMDCS collects only the information you voluntarily submit through enquiry forms or direct email, such as your name, organisation, contact details and project information.
Submitted information is used to review your enquiry, respond to you, assess whether PMDCS can support the requirement, and maintain normal business correspondence.
Please avoid submitting confidential, security-sensitive or contract-restricted information through the public website. Where detailed information is required, an appropriate confidential exchange mechanism should be agreed separately.
The website may use hosting and form-processing services required for normal website operation. Information may therefore be processed by those service providers in accordance with their service terms.
The PMDCS Digital Lab tools (Tunnel Ventilation Assessment and Concrete Pour Resource Planner) may record completed assessments and, where you register for PMDCS Professional Access, the registration details you provide. This data is used to operate the tools and to understand professional usage of PMDCS engineering applications. Assessment activity and usage patterns may be used to understand where a professional user may benefit from project-specific PMDCS engineering support. PMDCS will contact the user for this purpose only where contact consent has been provided. You may delete your Professional Access registration, assessment history and related data at any time using the “Delete my Professional Access data” link shown inside either tool.
